How do I place an order?

If you want to purchase an item, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page.  To view the contents of your Shopping Cart, click on the cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the page and click on the "View Cart" button.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your "Shopping Cart." If you decide that you don't want to buy a particular item, click the "X" to the left of the item to remove the item and click the "Update Cart" button.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in your "Shopping Cart", click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

What information is needed to checkout and how does this process work?

Checking out is very easy on our website.  You will need to know your shipping address, payment information and your billing address.

1 - Enter Your Billing Details.  Your Billing Details must match your credit card billing statement.  Your email address is required so that we may send you an order confirmation email.  You will also need to create a password if you would like to set up an account, however you can still check out as a guest if you would prefer not to set up an account.  If you choose to set up an account as a convenience, we will store the billing and shipping information you provided during your first order.

2 - Enter Your Shipping Address.  To ensue a timely delivery, please take a moment to verify your shipping information.  The address must be a valid, deliverable postal address for a home or residence, and needs to include a proper five digit zip code.

3 - Enter Your Credit/Debit Card Information.  We use Authorize.net to process secure payment transactions using your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card. Click Here for more information about secure shopping with Authorize.net. We do not accept cash, check, money orders, C.O.D., certificates, or coupons.  Once you have placed your order, we are unable to change credit/debit card information for that order.  Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately after you have placed your online order.

If you would like to save your credit/debit card information for future purchase, please indicate that when prompted.

Please carefully verify your payment information and click the "Place Order" button.

4 - Verify Your Order.  Please check the accuracy of the information you provided.  To make any adjustments to your information, click the "Edit" button.  If you are satisfied with your order, click the "Submit Order" button.  Once received, your order is subject to review, pending credit/debit approval and product availability.

5 - Order Confirmation.  Once your order has been placed, the "Order Confirmation" page will appear.  Please take not of this page for your records.  You will also receive an email confirming the order.  Once your order has been given to the shipping carrier, you will also receive a confirmation of shipping via email.  The shipping confirmation email will also contain information on how to track your order.

Can I change my order once it is confirmed?

We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.  Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot change or cancel on online order once it is placed.
